Edge Expands London Office

Edge Management LLC has expanded its London office to support increasing demand from European sponsors, lenders, and institutional investors engaged in cross-border climate infrastructure transactions. The expansion adds dedicated origination and structuring capacity for transactions involving European equity partners, EU Taxonomy-aligned financing, and cross-border capital introductions between U.S. and European institutional markets.

The London office serves as Edge's primary point of contact for European clients and counterparties, covering transactions originated in the UK, Continental Europe, and the Middle East. London-based coverage includes capital stack design for EU Taxonomy-eligible infrastructure, green bond and sustainability-linked loan structuring under ICMA principles, and insurance placement through Lloyd's and the broader London specialty market.

Edge's London expansion reflects the increasing integration of U.S. and European climate finance markets. As European institutional capital — pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds — seeks exposure to U.S. clean energy and advanced industrial assets, and as U.S. project sponsors seek access to European green bond and ESG-linked debt markets, cross-border structuring expertise has become a core requirement for transactions at scale.
